How can i check if my home phone is on a pbx line? O2 say it is and so they won’t let me transfer to them from Talk Talk

No home phone is on a PBX.
Yuo may be on VOIP, with an ATA at the teclo office. There might be something about the TalkTalk pool of assigned numbers that cannot be ported to a mobile phone.
