It’s really hard to know what to look for when everything is so technical and companies keep popping up and going out of business…

do not bother with VOIP, i have been monitoring them since say
one and the rule of physics is simple; the more stress or
labor or ‘piggy back” you put on anything, the less quality you will get
out of it. YOU can’t give me a VOIP service; i had a beta free one
years ago and it was horrible. I do not accept that VOIP has
gained in quality since i know it is a phone service using
the internet phone lines ONTOP of the dial up or dsl.
